It seems to be pointless to use my Firefox app to search the web. No matter what site I go to it takes 3-5 minutes for the page to load. It is very frustrating

I am sorry to hear that, but hopefully I can help.

  1. Open the Android Settings app (typically a cogwheel)
  2. Find Applications (might be labelled Apps)
  3. Find Firefox
  4. Select Clear Cache (not Clear Data!)
