In the most recent update, when I switch into the tab viewer, several times I have had tabs close as I tried to scroll through the list. It seems that a slight left or right motion intiates a left or right swipe action, and this has had a tab closing functionality added. I do not want to accidentally close tabs while scrolling through them. I do not want a left or right swipe to close tabs. How do I disable this?

I'm experiencing a sign-in issue with FoxyVPN.

My Firefox account works perfectly when logging in directly at accounts.firefox.com. However, when signing in through FoxyVPN, I receive this error:

Mozilla's bot protection rejected this request (HTTP 406).

My device and troubleshooting details:

- Device: Xiaomi 13T - Android version: Android 16 - FoxyVPN version: 1.0.8 - The in-app Firefox login page loads normally. - I receive the email verification code successfully. - The error occurs after entering the verification code. - Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data. - Tried with VPN enabled and disabled. - Cleared app cache and data. - Updated from v1.0.7 to v1.0.8.

My Firefox account credentials are valid and work normally on the official Mozilla website.

Could you please investigate whether this is related to the in-app authentication flow or Mozilla's bot protection?

I NEVER want Firefox to open a link in an external app. If I wanted to use an external app, I wouldn't be using Firefox. As far as I can tell, however, it's impossible to tell Firefox to never open links in other apos, only to always do it.

This means that when I, for example, want to browse Amazon in Firefox so that I can compare multiple products in different tabs, I have to tell Firefox to stay in Firefox instead of opening the Amazon app in EVERY. SINGLE. TAB. Sometimes more than once.

It also means that if I want to browse anything from any company that likes to track my activity when I use its app WITHOUT being tracked, I have to constantly confirm that I want to stay in Firefox, where I have tracking blocked.

It's annoying and increasingly exhausting. Why can't I set my preferences to "never" as well as "always" open in external apps? I don't want to have to keep answering the question when my answer will always be the same. What gives?!

The last several builds of nightly for Android have been such a chore to use. I completely stopped using my phone over the internet. The Reader View or whatever it is called turns on at page load and will constantly keep turning it's self back on. Making reading a site impossible. The Reader View has always been useless to me, as it blocks most of a page and has never worked well, but now I cannot even use FFN 4A

The region settings keep changing spontaneously. I am an American service member and routinely travel from the 'States to Japan where I have orders to a Naval Base. When I am in Japan, the regional settings (please see the image) keep switching to Japan, forcing me to manually change it.

How can I get this to stop? I don't speak Japanese, I have no use for Japan-based search results, and yet I can't get it to stop, even by taping on the selector switch and clearing it before re-selecting US (English).

Is this a bug? Because if it's not, it's a ridiculous pain.

I'm Facing the Issues when using this Firefox if I switched to WhatsApp app it's auto reloading everytime this causing major issues when otp received and switched the app it's expired or loading one more times

When I search on YouTube or mozilla, the results are not recent to latest.It's all jumbled , I would like it just to be search for something , and the most recent one comes up and then the next recent one and the next
