Website has print button but page doesn't print

I took an online test. At the end there is a Print Certificate button. When I click it the Print Preview window appears and shows it will print to the correct printer. After clicking Print the Print Preview window disappears as it should, but nothing prints.

I am using Windows 10.

Did your Control Panel show the listed printer? And did you try a test print to it before printing?

Yes. Not only does Control Panel show the printer, but the popup print window in Firefox shows the printer. I can print to the printer from websites on MS Edge and Internet Explorer, but not using Firefox.

Try to reset the print prefs on the about:config page.
