My username is and my password is written down, so I know it is correct. But I can't log on. I've tried three times to correct the password. I received three emails to fix it. But it doesn't.

To what website are you trying to log in?

Since you manage to post at this forum, it doesn't sound that you have a problem with your SUMO forum account because otherwise you couldn't have posted this question.

Is this an issue with Sync?
