What happened to my Firefox and all my bookmarks? It's like I am starting all over again!
I opened my computer after dinner and Firefox was gone and I have to start all over again! It wants a Mozilla account & sign in which I don't have. All my bookmarks are gone!!! It's all lost!!

A Firefox profile stores all of your important data, such as your bookmarks, history, cookies, and passwords. If you've lost your Firefox settings, bookmarks, or saved passwords after updating or reinstalling, you might still be able to recover them from an old profile. Restore bookmarks, passwords and data from an old Firefox profile
If Firefox starts up without your bookmarks, passwords, saved tabs and other settings, check whether your data is available in a different profile. This can happen because Firefox creates a dedicated profile for each installation of Firefox.

A Firefox profile stores all of MY important data, such as my bookmarks, history, cookies, and passwords. If I've lost MY Firefox settings, bookmarks, or saved passwords after updating or reinstalling, I might still be able to recover them from an old profile. This is very amazing and helpful for facing a situation like mine.
