I have added extensions from the Firefox store, an element remover extension, and there is no option to pin it to my toolbar when I click on the gear icon. I want all of my extensions to be added to the toolbar.

Today I got on my laptop and opened Firefox like I do every day. The browser looked different. It was an ugly purple color. A window showed me information about 'Profiles'. I didn't want any 'Profiles', I just wanted my regular Firefox Browser. So I deleted the Profiles. This also ended up deleting all of my bookmarks and passwords!! It took the last two hours and working with AI to recover my most recent backup which was two years old. Firefox hasn't been backing up any of my data that I actually need, and it actively deleted the things I rely on. Your devs and designers really messed up on this one. I bet no one uses Profiles, but everyone uses passwords and bookmarks to some degree. Why would you build it like that?! Shame, Mozilla. This was a serious error on your part. Bad product design. Make it easier to back up the things we need. Get rid of this useless 'Profiles' function that I bet no one uses.

I recently downloaded Firefox and setup a home profile on my personal computer. I want to use the same profile on my work computer. I set up sync but that says it's done and nothing changes. How do i sync over the settings, passwords, bookmarks, theme, etc.?

I have this setting setup in Chrome but I'm tired of using chrome. Yet this feature is really important to me. I'd like to make change to bookmarks on my personal computer and it should update my profile on my work computer too

Right now when I right-click to translate a word or a full page, it automatically picks one of my country’s regional languages as the default. I only want translations to go to English, but I can’t find any setting in Firefox to change that. How do I make English the default (and only) translation language?

VPN isn't working. I'm in Italy for a week, but live in the US and want to sign up for NordVPN in the US today. But, NordVPN wants to charge me Italian tax, and must therefore know my location.

How do I show that I'm in the US?

I work for Mozilla, my LDAP changed a few years ago, I just noticed my Firefox is logged in as my previous LDAP . Is there any way to change this without deleting all of my bookmarks etc.?

I had to sign up for the Mozilla VPN before I could open my Yahoo account. I don't know what this is and don't want to pay for it. If it's part of my Firefox account, that's fine, but I don't want anything that will cost me.

Question on how to access split view. I looked under VIEW and other tabs, it is nowhere to be found.

Also I have difficulty making payments on my county tax site, had to switch browsers. This happened with Fidelity also, their rep recommended not using Firefox.

While I can make the website text bigger, I can't make the menu items bigger. I have to lean in, shut one eye, and then I can squint to see the text on my big screen. On the Mac screen, it is too small to read. Enlarging the text on the Mac screen doesn't enlarge the menu items.

Mozilla can help by figuring out a way to allow the menu items to be enlarged, perhaps when the screen itself is enlarged?
