Was setting up Firefox account and getting VPN and as I was paying with card I got lost trying to enter codes. Can you help me get back on track and help me set up Firefox account and finish setting up paying for VPN?

I suspect the problem is caused by Firefox's Gecko-based Android media stack.

Device:

Honor Magic V5 Snapdragon 8 Elite MagicOS 10.0.0.157

Software:

Firefox Android 152.0.6 uBlock Origin the only extension

Reproduction:

Open any YouTube video in Firefox. Play at 720p or higher. Pause/resume or seek. Audio and video begin intermittent stuttering. Switch to another app and return to Firefox and playback immediately returns to normal without reloading the site.

Comparison:

Chrome: works fine Vivaldi: works fine DuckDuckGo Browser: works fine

Things tested:

Hardware acceleration enabled. Battery optimization disabled. Performance mode enabled. Cache/history cleared. media.android-media-codec.preferred tested. gfx.webrender.software tested. AVC and VP9 both affected. Inner and outer displays affected. Desktop mode also affected. Firefox Nightly stutters even without seeking.

Hello Mozilla Support, I am trying to use a website, but it shows the message "You are using an incompatible web browser." I am using the latest version of Firefox on my Android phone, but the website still does not work. I have already refreshed the page and restarted the browser. Please help me fix this problem. I had a phone set up for synchronization, and the tabs were synced. Now, that phone has disappeared from my main phone—the one that listed all the devices—and all the tabs are gone. What should I do?

How can I get my tabs back? 😭

If i type something like go to the search/url-bar it adds google.com automaticly then i press next letter like l and it adds an o so it reads golo and I have to wipe o out to continue typing what I want to search

this request by mozilla keeps appearing. i dont have a PIN. its difficult to get around. takes about three or four times so I can access page i am requesting. In this case Paypal.

When doing a search in the address bar (on firefox android), and then going back to the search result, one cannot modify easily the entered text.

Example: - In address bar (independent of the engine search) enter these keywords: "firefox search bar" - In the result list, click on any link. - Then go back to modify your search, you get:

Whish is a painful to change or just add an extra keyword!

Recently (perhaps the last week) I've had an issue where playing a youtube video in fullscreen doesn't fill the screen, instead having significant letterboxing on sides and bottom, in addition to the small amount caused by 18:9 screen. Can't find setting to fix, tried reinstalling and using without account/extensions.

hi guys, on my android 12 phone a box appears when I open Firefox showing how many tracking cookies have been blocked. Could you please advise how to reset this counter to zero. Have done a number of web searches but for some reason the proposed solutions don't seem to work.
