Well,I found firefox browser in disk c: so I just uninstall and install it again in another disk.I do see firefox account was that very firefox account,but.........when install finished and login firefox account,It shocked,firefox is building a new account witch I used over 1 year,yes,witch account I saying these.OMG what happen?I can't find my bookmarks and colleted pages...OMG what happen somebody help me!!!

当我发现火狐浏览器被安装在C盘，我就卸载重装到另一个盘了，当时我确实看到了火狐浏览器登录中的账号是这个号，但是。。重装完成后登录火狐浏览器账号时，我傻眼了，它正在为这个邮箱新建账号，就这个我用了一两年的号，这是怎么回事？我的书签和收藏全都飞了，这是怎么了谁能帮帮我！！！

I lost a bookmark folder in my main computer. I did a sync and it did not appear. I opened an other older computer and it was still there. I did a sync and expected it to then show up in my main computer, it did not. I went back to the old one, there it had now disappeared. The help files say go to bookmarks, then to manage bookmarks, except I don't have "manage bookmarks", just a list of some recent bookmarks. When I do a " bookmark search" for something which was in the folder, it finds it, so the folder is still somewhere. How do I get it back? Why did sync fail and did not add it from the old computer?

I have suddenly lost all my Bookmark Tabs. I have followed instructions on restoring them, but I only get as far as Import and Backup. The Restore button only gives me Choose File. When I click on it Nothing Happens.

Hi there, so my old laptop of 10 years, finally crossed the rainbow bridge! Dead in the water! I have a shiny new machine. And now I need all my passwords, etc. How can I make this happen? The old laptop is a goner, no hard drive, no nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I read other threads and most seem to talk about copying info from the old profile/whatever. I am unable to do that. Thanks in advance!!!!

I am repeatedly (a couple of times a week for the last several weeks) losing bookmarks. It is possible for me to regain them when I follow the instructions given by Firefox, but I am frustrated with having to do it repeatedly. I am including below the instructions I am following so that someone out there might be able to identify the root of the problem. I updated to Windows 11 Pro, version 24H2 on May 2, 2025.

My suspicion is that a "helpful" friend made some sort of error. Earlier this spring, he deleted Microsoft Defender Malware Bytes (I think) because it was interfering with bookmarks. Maybe it has something to do with running Windows 11. If all that sounds confusing, it's because of my lack of technical expertise. I will be grateful to anyone who can help me.

Hello, Today I updated my firefox and lost all data related with my firefox acc. Passwords, bookmark.

How can I recovert it? It was in sync before update it.
