Ho un account a nome "dimitrij", al quale non posso accedere, perché la mail al quale è connesso non esiste più. Di conseguenza dovrei cancellarlo. Ho creato un nuovo accont con una mail in uso per inviare questa richiesta di supporto. Se non cancello il primo account, questi continua ad apparire e non voglio/so come fare per non "incasinare" completamente il tutto usando solo "dimitrij.gruden". Grazie per l'eventuale aiuto.

Non riesco ad aggiungere nuovi accounts gmail in quanto non mi si apre finestra pop-up di accesso gmail e mi dice errore di autenticazione configurazione (in automatico) nome utente o password errate. Ma non mi chiede neanche la password che in ogni caso non è presente tra le password salvate nelle impostazioni. Qualcuno col lo stesso problema ha risolto? Grazie

all'avvia del programma viene richiesta l'autenticazione della password anche per un account che ho cancellato.

Come posso fare per risolvere?

Hi, its not first time happen to me. I remove the email from my accounts and than after that if they change password of this email that i already removed from the app , Thunderbird pop up me asking me the new password.

The problem that is not exist anymore in my accounts and i cant remove again.

How can i fix this problem? its really bugging me a lot!

Hello. Big problem. Since thunderbird 147 everything fine. I have thunderbird desktop in windows 11 pc. I have 5 accounts in thunderbird (2 yahoo , 1 Gmail,1 tim and 1 alice ). Saturday thunderbird update itself to 148 and when open my 2 account Yahoo stop working. Its open a popup web to insert password but its says "error can't continue" or something similar. The password off course is correct and when i go in webmail Yahoo (with firefox or chrome) everything works. I go in yahoo account setting and i have thunderbird app connected to my accepted app (nothing changes in last months.... Thunderbird is always setting in accepted app ,like bluemail app in my smartphone android). I've tried everything and nothing works... (Cancel account and add again,cancel cookie,cache,change pop or imap protocol, nothing works....) . Repeat until 147 everything works fine, update and stop working yahoo account. I read many topic in reddit and many people have this problem (even with aol accounts). Can you fix the problems???? Even with beta version or daily beta version but FIXED IT PLEASE.... If you don't fix i will change my client mail forever with something better (sadly cause i use Thunderbird from 20 years....)

Ho diversi account tutti elencati nel campo "Cartelle" e vorrei poterli spostare in alto o in basso secondo un mio criterio di individuazione: è possibile ed eventualmente come fare. Grazie.

Buongiorno ho cancellato un account google dal mio Thunderbird, ma ogni volta che mi connetto in automatico mi continua ad aprire la schermata google per richiedere l'autorizzazione a collegarmi all'account cancellato. Come posso eliminare questo "collegamento" - E' un account a cui io non ho piu' accesso e di cui non ho piu' le credenziali

Buongiorno, ho installato l'ultima versione di Thunderbird. Nel creare un nuovo account la procedura non mi consente di scegliere come tipo server POP ma mi inserisce in automatico il tipo server IMAP. Come posso risolvere, grazie

ho creato dei nuovi account e-mail e pur avendoli creati come gli altri esistenti, in alcuni manca la cartella bozze ed uno e` in lingua inglese e non in italiano
