Where is the Cogwheel on the Start page of Firefox? I want to close "Stories". My Start Page does not show it in the Top right of the page as indicated by a Help page. thanks.

Hi George
You appear to be using a copy of Firefox that is quite a few years old and predates that feature being available.
Have you considered updating your copy of Firefox? To start with, this support article should help:
