         AppSandbox, LaunchServices check-in and TCC all succeed within ~100 ms;
         TCC treats the helper as its own responsible process (disclaimed),
         and it holds com.apple.private.tcc.allow for kTCCServiceAppleEvents

=> ~7 min 44 s delay between Firefox start and the first successful host launch. During that window the Browser Console shows repeated "Failed to launch process ... subprocess_unix.worker.js :: spawn :: line 398 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)", but nothing reaches macOS. The failure therefore seems to happen inside Firefox's subprocess/spawn path (e.g. posix_spawn setup/attributes) rather than in macOS permission checks. Once spawned, the host works normally. (Earlier TCC Apple Events denials concerned com.apple.SafariPlatformSupport.Helper and appear unrelated.) Logs attached: console export, tcc-firefox.txt, helper-avvio.txt.

I’m experiencing a reproducible issue with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Ads Manager) on Firefox 156.0.1 (64-bit) on macOS.

The problem started approximately 5 days ago.

When I make changes to an ad/campaign and click the “Publish” button, the changes do not get published correctly on the first attempt. The page appears to remain in the same state and the changes are not actually submitted.

However, if I reload the page and then click “Publish” again, the changes are successfully published.

This happens consistently enough that I currently have to reload Ads Manager before publishing changes.

What I have tried

Cleared Firefox cache and cookies/site data

Restarted Firefox

Reopened Meta Ads Manager

The problem still occurs

My Firefox version is:

Firefox 156.0.1 (64-bit)

Operating system:

macOS

Website affected:

Meta Ads Manager / adsmanager.facebook.com

The issue seems particularly interesting because simply reloading the page makes the Publish action work, which makes me suspect a JavaScript/state/session or Web Compatibility issue between Firefox and Meta Ads Manager.

Could you please check whether there are any known compatibility issues or regressions in Firefox 156.0.1 affecting Meta Ads Manager, particularly the Publish/save functionality?

I would also be happy to provide troubleshooting information, console errors, screenshots, or steps to reproduce the issue if needed.

Non so come risolvere questa cosa, ho controllato le guide che mi dicono di disattivare e gestire le opzioni del firewall dell'imac ma quest'ultimo è costantemente disattivato. Sono passata a firefox perchè dovrebbe essere più comodo di chrome ma questo problema si sta ripetendo troppo spesso e con link del tutto innoqui, tipo quello per scaricare la prochure di un master o il link della piattaforma di corsi online come skillshare. Non so come fare, aiutatemi pls

da un po' di tempo con molti siti molti siti ufficiali e non non mi rifiuta la connessione dicendo che è impossibilitato a contattare il server, è una cosa nuova perchè uso firefox da decenni e non mi è mai cpitato

I am experiencing an SSL certificate issue that appears only in Firefox on the website:

https://www.flammagroup.com/

Firefox blocks access with the following error:

SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE

The warning states that the certificate presented by www.flammagroup.com has been revoked.

However, the same website opens normally in Chrome and other browsers, which display the certificate as valid. cPanel also confirms that the certificate is correctly installed for both flammagroup.com and www.flammagroup.com.

The certificate currently served by the website is the same one installed in cPanel. An older expired Sectigo certificate is still stored on the server, but it is not installed on the website.

We have also requested a verification from GoDaddy to confirm whether this specific certificate serial number is active or revoked.

Could you please help us understand:

Why Firefox reports this certificate as revoked while other browsers accept it; Whether Firefox may be using a cached or incorrect OCSP/CRL response; Whether there is a way to clear or refresh the revocation information stored by Firefox; Whether this certificate serial number is included in any Firefox-specific revocation list.

The issue has also been reproduced outside the company network, so it does not appear to be caused by the local network, firewall or proxy.
