Do you still have the password of the Firefox account?
In case of issues try to log in to the Firefox account via this website.
If you can't access the settings page where you can disable 2FA then try a password reset.

HI, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we Support Volunteers do not have that information nor does any one else except you. If you loose your passwords and account info it is lost. You can make another account with another email address.

I registered new account... It's impossible login to account without 2FA or backup codes...
