Why does only one of my email contacts keep bouncing back?

more options

Whenever I send an email to one particular address, it gets "bounced back", but this takes several days for me to receive the information that it has failed to be delivered. It does not matter how I send the email, either by typing in the address, or recalling it from the history, or "replying" to the email received. This problem has only started about four weeks ago. Before this, there has never been any issue with this email address.

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

What is the exact error message? It tells you the reason why the message has been bounced.
