I tried that still having the same issue now Im getting another error messege only 1 instance can run it says

Philip for some wacky reason it stops at step 2 of 3 if I uninstall flash player I'm in a heap of trouble then. What is the problem that it will not let me go to version 16?

Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac Then reinstall the latest version.

Hi Phillip, My God it worked I now have the latest plugin version thank you for your help I hope I don't run into this problem again but again I thank you so much Bob T
