For the last 2 months, my Google docs on Firefox have basically become unusable. It won't let me access them or edit them or move them. It keeps saying I'm disconnected even though I'm not. I have updated my settings a million times, cleared cache, re-installed Firefox and sacrificed goats. Nothing is working. If this keeps up, I will not be able to use this browser at all, because most of my clients require me to work in shared Google docs.

I opened my Firefox web site the other day and it said that I my account was disconnected. As far as I was concerned I had not disconnected it, but as I am 83 years old and my computer knowledge is not very good, I may have done so accidentaly. Anyway I tried to get started again. After a day or so I finally got to where it asked for my email address and password, which I filled in, only to be sent a 6 figure code which I was to enter to prove it was me, but as I could not get onto my Web page, I could enter what this code was.

After updating Firefox to version 153, my Firefox browser has encountered problems with all subsets of the Google site and gives the following error: Error Code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG Can anyone help me solve my problem?

I can't download some pdfs, notably my bank statements. I CAN download some pdfs. Eg, I can download my car manual (although it's a process of downloading it to my Google Drive). However, trying to download my bank statements, Firefox gives me no options at all, and, indeed, I get an error message. Yet I CAN download my bank statements using Google Chrome! I've carefully checked all my Firefox settings, but nothing seems to address this problem. I've spoken to my bank, and they don't know why I can't download them either. When I try to download the statements, I get a screen saying it can't give me a 'Preview' (see attached screenshot), but there's a 'Download button. When I click that I get a white screen with the 'error' message:

I have asked about this before on this forum, but to no avail.

My problem is that I have a New email account to make Head over my Firefox account [email 2 removed]@gmail.com I really need this to work because I have hackers that's making my life Hell, so please set up my New email account THANK YOU OLD EMAIL ACCOUNT [email 1 removed]@gmail.com

I would like to know whether this is a normal process that happens when using firefox browser or has my version of the app been compromised? Or should I allow this to be accessed?

just about every other website I request a website, says no can't connect now. (obviously good reason to find another browser)

browser gives couple lame fixes.

On two different Windows machines, current Firefox (153.0.1), the alt-d shortcut stops working: it does nothing until I restart Firefox. Then it works again for a while. I've tried about:keyboard and it's not reset there. I tried all combinations: Clear, Reset, setting it to alt-d explicitly. None of those worked. But when I set it to alt-a, that worked--but then resetting back to alt-d again didn't work. That shortcut is muscle memory at this point, so it's quite distressing. Not sure what diagnostics might be available to help here, happy to try anything.

Full disclosure: Both machines are Windows 10 but since that's stable, I find it hard to believe that's related.

I used to use the Google browser and within that I had a tool where I could put what looked like a sticky note on my emails and make notes like when I received the email, when I followed through on it, etc. I hear there is a tool like that for Firefox named Tags but cannot find it in my Settings. Has anyone found this and can you tell me how to access it if you have?

What happened, All my important bookmarks are missing. I have had to log into every account I have, No saved passwords. Really upset. I need help to restore all this information that I need
