According to everything I CAN see, I have Firefox 150. I am still using Windows 10 and I don't seem to have problems with that. However, I CANNOT get to the Firefox Browser. I am very frustrated with only seeing Mozilla this, Mozilla that, but not Firefox. When I go to the help section I am able to click on Firefox Browser, so I know you still have it. The main item that is very different is clicking on Firefox to open it, and then seeing 3 different ways to login. I'm at a loss, and I'm frustrated. Please help me so that I may sign in to Firefox BROWSER.

By the way, when I click on Themes-Add-ons for Firefox and choose what I think looks like PINK, it isn't pink! It's a very strange purple color. I want PINK. Thank you, RhonCa

I want to know why DeTrumpify has been blocked. I use it to block Trump because he is toxic and I don't need that in my browser. So now the very tool I use to block all that hate has been blocked for being hateful? Mozilla, grow a back bone already! And leave my extensions alone! I'll decide what is hate on my device. I don't need a scared corporate nanny to do it for me. Pathetic. DO BETTER!

This AM I attempted to sign into my PayPal Business Acct. I have always done this via password (no biometrics or PassKey for me). Until today, when I was asked for my passkey PIN. I don't have one because I never set it up. I spoke with a woman at PayPal who tried to help me. She said it was probably something that my browser did so I should call FireFox or use a different browser. As for PayPal itself, while it has no record of a paykey, it would allow me to set one up because "this account already has a passkey". I tried a different browser and that ended in the same place. Pass key pin requested. I don't have it. It says that firefox "requested" the passkey. I find that very frustrating because I'm effectively "locked out " of my Paypal business account because of this. I've searched my computer to the best of my ability but I can't find where firefox hid this PIN from. Frankly, I don't see where Firefox gets off volunteering me for a passkey when I didn't ask for it, but not telling me makes no sense whatsoever. The past few months, I get a periodic issue with Firefox. I've done some searches and looked, but nothing anyone has suggested seems to work. I also run the Chrome browser on this same computer (I have 2 Etsy shops and prefer to stay logged in to both of them, so 2 browsers are a must). NOTE: I've been doing it 'this way' since the early 2010.

This is a new Dell Windows 11 desktop. No issues with the computer. The browser is up to date.

I keep from 3-8 tabs open at a time. My Etsy shop. My email. My shipping supplier. Etc. None of these run a lot of hot graphics or anything. Suddenly, I see 'sparkles (the only way I know to describe it) on some text boxes/etc) then...the address bar starts with the flashing pink/magenta.

Appreciate some help in getting this to stop. Again, doesn't happen on the Chrome browser. Only Firefox. I've used Firefox for a very long time and appreciate it. So I hope that I don't have to go to a different browser.

my top bar comes up with dozens of internet pages trying to load when I open any internet page. Have not made any changes to anything. Pita to delete a dozen items trying to load every time I open Firefox. How do I turn that off? Tried looking for way to do that for hours and found nothing.

Using Desktop version 140.10.esr with Windows 11, I am pasting a link to a gifted article from The Atlantic. If I paste the link into a messenger window, it works -- but when I paste it into a newly composted email in Thunderbird, it's blank. What's up?

Confirmation email is not arriving to my new email account

I need to change the username on my Mozilla and email address to avoid paying ridiculous prices on my email. I am trying to change it to a gmail address.

First I am trying to add secondary email address but the confirmation code never shows up in the gmail.

How do I fix this without losing all my data and passwords.

Firefox no longer allows me to delay updates. Twice in 2 weeks, all of my cookies were blown away during the Firefox installations of 150.0.0 and 150.0.1. I have 8 Google Email Accounts - all forgotten and no longer accessible. The same is true for Yahoo finance; banks; and the myriad of other sites I use daily. I checked this morning, and all sites visited before 150.0.1 was installed (against my will), have zero cookies. Only sites visited after the installation of 150.0.1 have cookies. This is a tiny subset of cookies I rely on for daily use.

This makes Firefox useless. I can't spend hours trying to recover from untested software every two weeks. Until this is fixed, I have to switch to Chrome or Edge.

Firefox updated itself recently (150.0.1) 64-bit Windows and since then we have US English and our other languages 'Real' English ;-) French and Greek disappeared. We reinstalled them but - sorry about this guys - we would like to remove US English please. I followed some advice from Google but couldn't locate the US-English Dictionary.

two days ago, video embeds on Twitter stopped working in Firefox. Please help me troubleshoot the issue, so that I can either fix it myself, or present enough evidence to file a proper bug report.

Affected version: FF 140 ESR. I had some 140.7 installed when the error first happened, but have upgraded to firefox-esr_140.10.1esr-1_amd64 since. Didn't fix the problem. *Not* a snap package, regular .deb!

Affected OS: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, not a fresh install but upgraded from 24.04 instead (which itself was upgraded from 22.04).

Symptoms: Videos on X (and Facebook) no longer play, the preview image is there for a split second, then an error appears. Video on for example Youtube is fine, though. Local players like VLC also do work as expected. Video on X worked under 26.04 before this happened.

The issue likely started when removing surplus packages and metapackages from the upgrade. I deleted my history and it also deleted all my information. I cannot sign into any thing because it is not sending the code to my phone. Even on other browser I cannot get any infomation because the code is not being sent go my phone and I cannot use my email because I cannot get a code to open it. Please Help.

Google Chrome for PCs (Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge will work, but you may encounter problems). I see that message way too much when getting notices from my doctors prior to connecting via Telemedicine. I have been using Firefox ever since Netscape Navigator closed up shop (in the 90's). So without question, I am a long time, dedicated Mozilla user. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating it is, for a dedicated user like me, to see those sort of messages accompany the instruction for connecting with Telemedicine. They encourage everyone to use Chrome! What can be done to change the perception that they should use Chrome instead of Firefox? And how do we get the word out to the medical community (and others) that they can count on Firefox to give them a seamless experience when connecting to their patients (or others)? I just don't think we should surrender this position to Google Chrome. Best Regards, -Steve
