Bonjour, J'ai créé une nouvelle adresse gmail, qui fonctionne depuis le site de google. Quand je souhaite l'inscrire pour l'utiliser via Thunderbird (nouveau compte/adresse mail), tout se passe bien et j'obtiens le message "Configuration trouvée dans la base de données des FAI de Mozilla". Je clique ensuite sur Terminé et j'arrive à une fenêtre "se connecter avec Google" qui affiche ma nouvelle adresse mail. Quand je clique sur "suivant", j'obtiens le message "erreur 400 - le serveur ne peut pas traiter la requête, car son format est incorrect". Pouvez-vous m'aider ? Merci d'avance. Laurent Lapchin

I have a set of e-mails that I am unable to delete or move - when i try they disappear for a few seconds and then re-appear. They all contain a red bold warning "Caution external e-mail"

While reorganizing and renaming a local mail folder it has become inaccessible from Thunderbird. All the other folders are fine.

The folder name is BSW and the BSW file is present, so are the .msf and the .sbd. 1. I tried repairing the folder, no difference. 2. I've tried shutting down Thunderbird, deleting the .msf and restarting. No change in behavior but the .msf file is recreated. 3. I tried shutting down Thunderbird and renaming the files. No change.

Is there another way to get Thunderbird to access the folder?

Sorry - I feel as though I'm monopolising this forum at the moment!

In my Menu bar, I have Delete, but, using this, I can only delete emails from the Unified list, not individual accounts. I CAN delete from individual accounts if I select the email, right click and select delete. Seems odd

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, plötzlich sind von allen Konten die Unterordner mit allen Mails verschwunden. ES gibt auch kein Junk Ordner mehr. Wie kann ich es wieder herstellen? Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Matthias Brockmann

I recently changed my emails to using Thunderbird. When I added my 3rd email account, I was going through sorting folders (moving and re-naming) and it deleted a heap of my sub-folders and I can't find them anywhere - they're not in trash with the stuff that I actually deleted. 2 of the subfolders are randomly there as their own folders now and when I hover over them they still have the name of the old main folder as like "folder/subfolder". When I was moving the folders around it kept popping up with errors but still doing what I asked until this happened. Not sure if it's not syncing properly and the lost emails and folders are somewhere I can retrieve? I'm worried I'll lose more of my emails if it's not syncing properly. It always has a blue loading bar down the bottom right as well, not sure if that's associated (it has a heap of actions when I double click on it but nothing to do with the folders I'm missing).
