When on the von settings panel, is it notmal that the only available option is "recommended". Does that mean we do not have the option to choose a location or is it a bug on my side?

I have a Googlebook (laptop running Android) and I have Firefox Android installed. Currently it just looks like a scaled up phone browser. Is there a way to have it detect the "Android Desktop Environment" and be more like a desktop browser, mainly a bookmarks bar and a tab bar with vertical tabs? It would also be nice if it could handle mouse events (right click, etc). Thank you for your time.

hello, i have a problem when using custom extension in android Firefox, i download xpi file and open with Firefox Nightly but it's said "no app found to handle this action", i tried everything but i still can't use the custom extension in android Firefox. can you help me?

I have no clue as to how we are supposed to be able to get around on the mobile version. There's no back or forward buttons, not even a close page function, other than closing the app, but when it opens, the same page is there! How is anyone supposed to navigate while using this?? I don't see a menu button, or preferences button, how is this a functional browser?

Just started using and activating the Firefox vpn solution. For some reason vpn seems to be constantly turned off automatically by Firefox. Why? I have checked all the relevant box in the setting menu. Thx

Hey, I got sync bookmarks on with desktop and mobile app, but they won't sync. My mobile app's bookmarks are all old ones, how do I get rid of them and update the list? Even when deleted on desktop they're still there on mobile. I tried reinstalling (very unhappy that didn't work), and obviously reconnecting the two.

I'm trying to use Firefox instead of Google but I'm very confused. Do I have to use Google Play store to get the apps I use. How do I switch all of my apps from Google to Firefox

I have the new VPN feature disabled, but I cannot remove it from the main menu reachable from the url bar (three dots). Even after turning it off, it stays at the top. Please let me remove it from the shelf. It is very distracting.

Maybe the settings page for it could also have a toggle to show/hide the VPN in edition to enable/disable. I tried the nimbus experiments and debug settings but the opt out does not persist.

In the short term, a secret setting would be appreciated.

I have been struggling with a persistent issue for months now which is hard to fully describe, but simply put when I go to type in certain text boxes on websites, the input will repeat and cut random parts of the words, making it impossible to type anything coherent.

For example: "Hello world this is a test of typing on firefox" becomes: "HHelHH world this is a test of typing on firefoxello"

Backspacing to try and delete the text feels jittery as the letters take a long time to delete and can cause more garbled text to appear.

I have had this issue on multiple devices: Samsung Galaxy A54 5g, Android 16, Fennec 151.0.0 Google Pixel 6A, Android 17, iceraven-2.45.0 AND Fennec 157.0.0

I can replicate this semi reliably on the following specific sites: nekoweb.org/dashboard/editor/[page] (typing anywhere in the HTML editor) teams.cloud.microsoft (typing in the box to send a message)

If anyone has any idea on how I can fix this I would really appreciate it! Please let me know if there is any further information I can provide to help figure this out.

The translation quality of the mobile Firefox browser is poor; the translations lack precision and contain errors, resulting in awkward phrasing. I hope the translation quality can be improved.
