it redirected you here, because it's a new account, it shouldn't happen with your deleted account. I guess it would be easier to use the Mozilla VPN app, and select there Help -> Contact support.

The directions are to go to Mozilla VPN Support Knowledge Base, click on the "Get Support" link in the black banner that says: "Still need help?" When I go to the Mozilla Support page the link in the black banner reads: "Ask the Community." When I click the link, there is no "Contact Support" form. The next page is a bunch of articles, none of which pertain to my query. There must be another way to do this. Thank you.

I purchased VPN but for some reason it refuses to work on my PC. I have reloaded it several times but to no avail. I have given up and now want my subscription returned.......but how!!! I cannot find a way to do this, I know it's not made simple for obvious commercial reasons, but I will not give up until the money that I paid for something that doesn't work is back in my account. Can anyone help?
