Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to request a refund for my monthly subscription fee for the product Mozilla VPN, in accordance with your 30-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the subscription (from 18th July 2026) did not meet my expectations, and I would therefore like to make use of this guarantee and cancel my membership. In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.
