I mean something else could have been corrupted. I've been getting the following error on a website:

> "The site at [url] has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired. > > "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected."

I thought it was a website issue. But it worked fine in Edge.

I tried the Ctrl+F5 but nothing changed (also tested the website in private browsing in both FF and Edge; still works fine in Edge).

Edit: I launched the factory settings profile from about:profiles (last used years ago when I moved my main profile from an older PC) as a test and the issue persists.

Hi there.

Something changed in my Firefox recently.

I used to have all pdf options as Always Ask, which did not impact sites where the pdf is inside a frame inside the webpage.

Changing to open in firefox fixed that issue, but now it opens all pdfs in browser, which I'd rather have the option to save or open in Sumatra as I used to.

Basically I want the option to save / open in my preferred app while not disrupting the sites that have in frame pdfs.

J'utilise l'appli Firefox sous IOS et aujourd'hui , alors que j'ai fait la mise à jour, le site tchatche.com me dit qu'il est impossible de se connecter car mon navigateur n'est pas à jour. Pourquoi ne puis-je pas accéder au site ?

Grace à Firefox j'évite la majorité des pubs sur les sites internet et ne veux absolument pas d'autres navigateurs.

Qui plus est, ceci me paraît une atteinte a la liberté donnée aux utilisateurs de choisir le navigateur qu'ils souhaitent.

For the last few days, I have noticed when I pause a YouTube video and move on to using other applications. Suddenly the video starts playing out of nowhere, this ghost action is irritating. Can someone please fix this issue?

I am experiencing an issue with Google Voice in Firefox where I am unable to send DTMF tones (touch-tone signals) using the keypad during an active call. This means I cannot navigate automated phone menus (IVRs) or input PIN codes when required.

Issue Details:

   When I press the numbers on my keyboard or the on-screen dial pad during a call, no tones are recognized by the receiving system.
   The issue occurs only in Firefox. The same function works fine in other browsers like Chrome.
   I have confirmed that my microphone and audio settings are working properly.
   WebRTC is enabled (media.peerconnection.enabled = true in about:config).
   The issue persists even in a fresh Firefox profile with no extensions enabled.

This is only a problem with Firefox, on Chrome it works perfectly fine. But for some reason, JSON.parse throws the error "Uncaught SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data". Is there any way to fix this or is this just a Firefox problem that I have to deal with?

One way you could help is making a option to split screen two different windows in the same screen simultaneously, that way we can multitask and be more efficient.

Firefox mobile does not display mandatory form fields in Grist.

If you try the link below, on desktop it will work and show you if you didn't answer a mandatory fields. But on mobile it will not but other web browser on mobile will work. I tried Brave, Opera and Vivaldi, no problem.

I'm having an issue with Firefox (on CachyOS, but i'm pretty sure that is not relevant) when I try to hit domain with PORT number.

To be clear, I have a "service" I am locally hosting on a more widely available "domain.com" (those are examples of course...) I am using this typology to still be able to generate Let's Encrypt certs for domains (that I own) not accessible outside my network for those sub-domains, and am using therefore Pi-hole to serve the few IPs of my few "service123.domain.com"

When I use a Chromium based browser (or FF ESR v128) the only DNS query is for "https://service.domain.com:8000" is "service.domain.com" (as seen on pihole queries and in FF-ESR/Chromium DNS cache), whereas FF 135 there is first a "service.domain.com" (righfully answered by my local DNS), and then a second query "_8000._https.service.domain.com" is sent, but my pihole doesn't seem to recognize (and shouldn't have to interpret anything concerning ports), so it sends it to upstream DNS (which are unable to answer)

I have disabled DoH, and every extensions. So I am really lost on what as changed in FF that would explain this, or if it's a pihole config problem (weirdly only affecting FF 135+ ...)
