It's mostly in the title. Ever since I switched to Firefox I noticed that while the videos play just fine, if I scroll down to the comments or to search for another video on the sidebar Firefox suddenly becomes extremely laggy and takes a good few minutes to actually load anything. Is there any way to fix this? (My Firefox is up to date and the only extensions I'm running are uBlock and Tampermonkey, but there aren't any scripts running through it specifically for YouTube)

Where did the tags or shortcuts go? i had them and they were a quick way for me to get into the programs i need: Weather 13, Weather.com, Lawrence Bibliocommons, Lumosity login, analog word finder. they were on the top of the first page when i opened FireFox and i used them a lot. now they're gone and i need them back. Otherwise i have to do a search for each of them individually.

I'm getting this error message for a site I've visited more than 30 times without any problems. Error: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL / from this server. site is www.rawlspharmacy.com/ Thanks for any ideas.

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with Firefox on my work computer. Each time I log in and open Firefox, the browser displays a white screen with my homepage attempting to load. The tab shows an hourglass icon, and opening additional tabs results in the same white screen with no further indicators of activity.

The only workaround I’ve found is to repeatedly open and close Firefox until I receive the following error message:

"Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window."

After selecting the option to close the process and reopening Firefox, the browser functions normally—until the next time I lock or restart my computer.

Other browsers like Chrome and Edge work without issue during this time, indicating that the problem is isolated to Firefox and not related to my computer or network connection.

Steps Taken:

Repeatedly opened and closed Firefox until the error message appears Selected the option to close the running process Reopened Firefox successfully

When I opened Firefox today (7/31/2025), a message window popped up prompting me to "Scan the QR code to download Firefox for mobile. Once installed, select 'Sync to mobile' to access your passwords, bookmarks, and more on the go."

When I scanned the QR code, I clicked on the link that appeared, and was taken to Google Play (play.google.com). Yet all of the text on Google Play was in the Bangla language(!), which is gibberish to me, and is a language that Google does not even support. (I know this because this has happened before, and I only got far enough by troubleshooting to learn what the language was, and that Google does not support it. Then, as now, I was stopped in my tracks.) The problem is NOT going away, which is why I have shied away from using my phone for Firefox or Google, leaving me very limited in what I can safely do on my phone.

When I tried to exit Google Play (guessing which Bangla prompt meant "cancel"), I was taken to Firefox's offer (in English) to either Uninstall Firefox or Update with the "Firefox Fast & Private Browser (Mozilla)." Given the bizarre nature of my problem, I don't know which prompt (if either) might fix things.

I had thought the problem was with Google, but troubleshooting there was a dead end. Now all I can think of is that Firefox's QR code -- and maybe my phone -- was somehow corrupted in a way that produced this result. Please advise, and thanks.

Not sure why - today my personal website is not allowing me to sign in. Have tried many ideas - restart laptop, look at list of passwords, copy it, put it on the site I want to get in but it is NOT working.

Hi there :) We have a online PDF Editor that we use for all reports in our office. I'm not sure if someone accidentally disabled the cookies (which I can't tell based on the settings), or what happened but now I have no access to the page. Occasionally the page will load but then I have no access to anything on the site. The exact thing that pops up is this >>>>>

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. 

If you're able to help I would appreciate it so much and if not then maybe you could direct me on where I can get help. I appreciate your time :)

rád používam váš prehliadač firefox, no odkedy som si zmenil PC a nainštaloval ho, tak mám problémy pri otváraní web stránok. V prílohe zasielam text, ktorý mi zobrazuje.

I can't scroll with the mouse wheel. I can scroll by dragging the scroll bar or pressing middle mouse and moving my cursor up and down the screen, but I can't use the mouse wheel.

However, I have recently encountered a persistent 403 Forbidden error, which is hindering my ability to retrieve essential research materials.

On Chrome Android, the tab group feature is super handy. You can create tab clusters, easily group similar tabs together, and switch between them fluidly. It really helps when you’re multitasking or doing research across multiple topics.

Also, the tab accessibility on Chrome Android is just better. The tab switcher is placed at the bottom of the screen, making it effortless to access all open tabs with just a thumb tap no awkward menu diving or stretching to the top.

My Questions:

1. Is there any timeline or roadmap for bringing tab group functionality to Firefox Mobile?

2. Are there any known efforts or discussions around improving the UI/UX of tab switching such as adding a bottom bar for easier access, similar to Chrome’s approach?

Whenever I try to log into my Eset Password Manager it says unable to log in offline. Yet Eset password manager works on other browsers. I have refresh the browser and removed and re add the Eset extension.

I'm trying to write a date (specifically tomorrow's) in a PDF. Whenever I enter it, I get this error message telling me to use the wrong date format. Why does my browser have the authority to override my decisions in this way?
