Issues getting into certain sites

For the past two days I haven't been able to get past the recaptcha on several sites (Facebook, Instagram). I have tried all the workarounds other users have provided and what Google has offerd to no avail. I'm also having a difficult time accessing my hotmail acct from Firefox as well. I don't seem to have this issue with either of these problems if I move to a different browser. Firefox has always been my main (and only) browser, yet more and more often I seem to have issues anymore. What the F is going on? Would appreciate any help I can get. Again, I've tried removing Ad Blockers from these sites and even turned off the 'Enhanced Tracking' thing on the address bar; none of this works.

Logging in using Private Window or Troubleshooting Mode makes no difference?

Behind any proxy, VPN, corporate network etc.?

Seems to happen for several days after each Firefox update. Chrome works. My Chrome does NOT clear cookies and cache on exit as I have Firefox set up to do. No proxy, VPN, or corporate network. But after 2-3 days it works again.
