I cannot display Amazon Deals properly that contain multiple he products. The home page and single products display normally. should be. A page with multiple products has large blank areas where the product should be. If I move the mouse over these spots, a soundless video will often display.

My clearing of the temporary cache files did not help. Stopping Ghostery doesn't help either. Other add-ons include Last Pass, Honey, Review Meta and Facebook Fences.

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon at the left of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing cookies and data for Amazon Deals (warning: you will be logged out on this website). Does it help?
  3. If it does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?
  4. Finally, if the problem is still not fixed, please check if it persists in other browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge or Opera).
    • If it does, it is most likely an issue on the website's side. You may want to inform the website owner or administrator about that.
