I am in a country supported by Firefox VPN, yet cannot see it in browser

Kurt Estrada

Hi. I reinstalled Firefox recently, hoping to take advantage of the free 50GB/mo VPN. When it first launched, I can see the VPN, but once I logged on to my Mozilla account, it disappeared. I tried checking out settings and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn for help, and I was able to see that my country is supported (Philippines), yet it does not show up. Would anyone help me in this?

Yes, based on these articles, you should be able to use the built-in free VPN in the Philippines:

This part is kind of mysterious to me:

Thinking about why being signed in might matter... did you ever have a subscription to the paid Mozilla VPN product?
