My primary use case for Mozilla VPN would be to have traffic appear to be from another country. Does Mozilla VPN support this?

If so, please document this.

Are you referring to the "VPN in Firefox" starting as of Fx 149.0 or the separate subscription based "Mozilla VPN" app. If you want custom VPN locations then the "Mozilla VPN" app can do it.

For the "VPN in Firefox" https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/built-in-vpn

The KB articles for the "Mozilla VPN" app is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/mozilla-vpn
