I use the email address maszyn1_laptop@interia.pl. The account is configured in Thunderbird on a Lenovo laptop. The laptop is protected by ESET Smart Security antivirus software. As recommended by Eset, I added ESET VPN to my protection. After enabling ESET VPN, the address doesn't configure. It requests a password. I receive messages that the server is disconnecting. Other addresses work. Disabling ESET VPN causes the address to work. This problem doesn't occur on my other Outlook email client. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. I have automatic updates disabled, for the last month or longer I have refused to update Firefox and kept dismissing the notice when I start up my Firefox. Yesterday when I opened Firefox it just updated itself automatically and without even asking if I want to download the update. I tried to find a way to contact support but all I can find is posting a question on here, so hopefully someone can help me with this question: Why did Firefox ignore my update settings and download and install an update I have been denying for weeks now, and how can I prevent it from happening again?

Is there an application to get rid of 'Old Firefox Data' folder? I tried to remove it once on another machine and i lost all internet connection (needed a full Windows restore) so very nervous about this.

Firefox used to have my background colors, and on the latest update, my pull-down menu and tabs are robin's-egg blue. I can't figure out how to get my colors back, and I hate that color.

How the hell do I get back control over my colors?

I have been using the Dashlane Password system on my desktop for several years and it works great with Firefox, however, Firefox was recently upgraded (automatically) to Firefox version 145. Now I can no longer access the Dashlane application which contains all of my passwords. What should I do to recover my Dashlane application?

i deleted the document file in drive c and the app data by mistake, Im sure the syn was on for more than i can remember and even a few days ago i did the syn again, after the reboot i signed in and did the syn ,there was nothing at all please help me

I was unexpectedly signed out of my account. I used my encryption key to sign back in which i have done before. I have never experienced this problem before. This time when i logged back in all of my saved passwords were gone. Is there any hope of fixing this issue?

I have a chromebook with linux enabled and installed firefox according to mozilla's instruction - via the sudo get-apt command. The cursor changes from the default to a very small adwaita. I've spent hours googling this issue and everyone I've come across had used some third party repo or was trying to shove in their own custom cursor theme. Literally all I want is my regular cursor back, and I have no clue why mozilla would have a specifically set cursor for their browser instead of just having it default to os. I don't really know what I'm doing here, but I cannot begin to state how tired I am of messing with this dead-end issue.

loads in Firefox. The site works fine on Chrome and mobile browsers, but in Firefox some elements are not rendering correctly and the layout shifts on scroll.

Is there a recommended way to debug layout or CSS rendering issues specifically in Firefox? And is there any Firefox-specific setting or developer tool I should check to understand why my site behaves differently?

All my Tabs Group have disappeared from the Tab Bar. I can see the Closed Tab Groups in the drop down but i can't find a way to re-open Closed Tab Groups. Any clues welcome. Running 146.0 and on the beta update channel.

I have Bing as my homepage, but on one computer I have a very annoying problem. I click on the settings to turn off 'Show news and interests' and 'Show trending on Bing', but the next time I come back to the homepage these settings have turned themselves back on. What do I have to do to retain these settings?

I click on the top right button and choose password button. And I can't see any password I saved before. I have no idea why this things happened. Right now I couldn't see the password that I saved, but I can use the password when the firefox tells me I have saved one. I still need to see the password because I saved some password that I use for other platform on firefox. The screenshot attached below. what should I do now?
