Hi, basic issue is that the virtual Key board doesn't open on LastPass extension. I use the windows one instead. I was going to post this issue on the Addon reviews but could not sign in. I have an account and Username for this support site but it doesn't work for addon reviews. Do I need a separate account for this ? I assumed there was just one Firefox/mozilla account ?

No, this support site is using separate user/pass. AMO is using the Firefox Account - the same as Sync feature in Firefox.
