How to get community support

  • Review the community guidelines: Before posting a question, please read our Mozilla Support rules and guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
  • Log in: Make sure you’re logged in at support.mozilla.org. If not, click the profile icon in the top-right corner to sign in. If you don’t have a Mozilla account, you’ll need to create one to post questions.
  • Ask your question: Click the GET HELP button below, select the forum for your specific product, and post your question. Our contributors and community members are here to respond with helpful answers.
