How do I remove the "reading list" on the Bookmarks menu?

The new beta version 38 has a "reading list" under the bookmarks menu. I do not want it. How do I remove it?

Type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter. accept the warning message

In the Search field at the top.

browser.readinglist.enabled

Then below - double-click that preference to Toggle to False.

Then Restart Firefox.
