I got this from a search. I usually only change the width, but you need both width and height.

Locate the window: you want to enlarge. Move your mouse cursor: to one of the window's edges or corners. Watch for the cursor to change: into a double-headed arrow. Click and hold: the left mouse button. Drag the mouse outward: to make the window larger. Release the mouse button: to set the new size.
