On my first PC, I have this specific sidebar icon in my toolbar. When I click it, the sidebar opens with Gemini ready to go. Perfect.

But on my second PC, that specific icon is nowhere to be found. Even when I go to "Customize Toolbar," it’s not in the list of available buttons. The only thing I can use is the generic "Sidebar" button, which is annoying because it doesn't open Gemini directly, it just opens the general sidebar and I have to click again.

I provided an image, where the first icon is what I want, but only second icon is available.

I’m currently facing a very frustrating issue with Firefox. I have been using Firefox for many years, and it is my favorite and most comfortable web browser for my day-to-day work. I rely on it heavily as all my bookmarks and other important details are saved there.

However, over the past few weeks, Firefox has been crashing more than 10 times a day. I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps available in the forums and through AI support, but none of them have resolved the issue. I also tried installing and using the Firefox Beta version, but the problem still persists.

In our environment, other users and devices are not experiencing this issue, so it does not appear to be related to internal firewall or antivirus restrictions.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue? I am attaching the error screen that appears after the crash along with the crash report for you

Long Delay occurs loading multiple websites, from facebook to other sites and I often get a delay of over 20 seconds with any site involving a CDN connection of various types. I am using W11, latest version of Firefox. 148.0 (Says latest version)

When it happens I can see the connection url in the bottom left hand corner includes a CDN part. Settings are Proxy settings "Use system proxy settings"

• DNS over HTTPS is set to "default protection"
• IPv6: ISP is has just changed from gigaclear fibre to toob fibre, but it has made no difference.
• Have cleared cache. No change

This is very frustrating. Started a couple of months ago. I have ended up using Chrome ratherthan Firefox and I am close to giving up with firefox. Help appreciated.

Firefox will only start if I sign in as an administrator. It doesn't connect to the internet, and I can't get to the help screen. I did a refresh but that hasn't help. If I uninstall and then reinstall a new copy correct the problem? How do I save and reinstall my bookmarks and settings? I love Firefox and prefer it over other browsers. But I need to fix it and any help you provide will be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Firefox displays garbled characters, but other browsers do not display garbled characters on the same website.I'm sure it's not a website issue, because more than one website is experiencing garbled text problems. We tried solutions found online, but none of them worked, including completely uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox.

when attempting to login to 53.com credentials are entered, login pressed, login flashes but no login.... as if there is a pop up or something that should occur and doesn't. On edge it works fine, press login and a clock like symbol overlays the login button and then you are in....

I am encountering an issue where, while searching for images on google, the images appear extremely low resolution. When I attempt to open the image in another tab, it remains extremely low resolution and low quality. The issue is not with the images themselves, as I am able to view them on my phone with higher resolution, it is just my desktop that experiences this issue. Please fix it.

I need to uninstal firefox because it is not opening, keep getting message to first close firefox !!! I can not close firefox because I can't get it to open in the first place.

The power went out while I was working and when I turned the computer back on, my Firefox account was logged out and I don't know how to get it back , Every time I try to restore the account it gives me the default account. And thanks a lot
