Can't sign into one of my email accounts with FF, but MS Edge works fine
I've been using FF since release #3 and like it a lot since I cut my teeth using NetScape. The past few days FF will not open one of my email accounts. When I click on login, it brings up the logging on page and then just starts blinking and will not sign me on. If I use MS Edge to sign on it works fine. The email account has been working fine for many years so don't know what to do. I've deleted recent history, but that does not help. Any ideas will be appreciated as I like FF and don't like to have to use two different browsers to do my daily tasks. Thanks in advance for any help you can suggest. I'm currently using release 131.0.3 with W-10 on a desk top PC with DSL from my phone company with the email account with their ID. My phone company does no know about or support FF.

Well, I'm in a lot better shape now. I finally figured out how to get my bookmarks back on my left side, my tool bars back at the top and most of the things I like about the sign on page. Also, the refresh did the trick on fixing the issue with not being able to sign on to one of my email accounts. Plus, every thing on the internet is moving a lot faster so who knows what has been building up over the years with my installed FF. I would have liked to have more specific directions as to how to get things back after doing a refresh, but it's history now. Thanks a lot for steering me to the refresh.

Hello! Let's try toкуакуыр the ff, because usually many bugs are solved this way. To do this, refresh it according to this guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
P.S. I am writing through a translator, so there may be some minor grammatical errors, sorry(

Wow !!!!! I'm in a mess now for sure !!!! I decided to do just a "refresh" instead of an "uninstall" and I don't even recognize my FF open page. I chose to "save" all of my data, so that's not gone but I don't know how to get my FF "start up" page back to what it was with all the same tool bars, bookmarks on the left side, etc.. I'm pretty sure all of the "data" is still around ?? I actually saved an exported html copy on my desktop and I can open that file and get to any of my old places. And, my passwords are still coming up when I sign on to a page. But, how to I get all of the information on my FF start page in the same positions like they used to be ?? Like I said when asking how to fix my FF beginning issue (couldn't sign on to one of my email accounts) I've been using FF since release 3 and had over time gotten my start page to where I wanted it. Please someone help me to get that page back. My old profile is also on my desktop so if I can just find out how to get all of my old information back onto the start up page I would be very grateful.
"Ctrl+B" is the keyboard shortcut to toggle the Bookmarks Sidebar. "Ctrl+Shift+B" is the keyboard shortcut to toggle the Bookmarks Toolbar. "Ctrl+Shift+O" is the keyboard shortcut to Open the Library.
