Can you make the secondary email the primary email as you can only login with the primary email?

My primary email and secondary email are available in my account, but I can't log in with my primary email, why? I don't know, the link you sent is to add a secondary email and it solved my problem, I want to login to my account, and I need to be able to login with a secondary email
