How to transfer my bookmarks from administrator to normal user account?

I was running my PC (W7 professional) in the admin mode. Now I introduced a normal user account. But when I open Firefox there are no bookmarks. How can I tranfer the bookmarks from the admin account to the other account?

Export your Firefox bookmarks from the admin account and import them to the user account.

Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Export HTML... - to file then Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks -> Import & Backup - Import HTML... - from that file
