Below was the FIX! I did this and the Firefox Icon appeared!!
To make the built-in Firefox VPN button appear on your toolbar, you can enable it manually through the browser's hidden configuration settings. Many users on r/firefox share mixed experiences, but a common solution to make the icon show up involves changing a few flags: Type about:config in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. Search for browser.ipprotection.enabled and double-click it to set its value to true. If it is already set to true, toggle it off and back on.
I also enabled browser.ipProtection.features.autoStart
Thank you for letting us know what worked for you to enable and use the Firefox built-in VPN.
