I cannot find any information about this. My other two devices that showed "Connecticut" were signed out when I changed my Password. Please respond.Am I supposed to know that Mozilla is in New Jersey? Who is in New Jersey?

DNS

Domain Name Server

Domain names are kept in numerous places to convert Names to IP addresses, and that requires location information between servers.

Locations in FX are via Settings > Permision and data

Hi are you using VPN

OK I'm in the UK but my location is decided by my IP provider, though static it is 300 miles away, so my location is not representative.

Also I do not use GPS or even allow location to be enabled in Fx

But what if you have a dynamic IP address that comes from a provider that has DN servers in different locations

Dear Amoun, Thank you for your reply. I believe I am using VPN provided by Norton but I can't be sure. I will look up my IP provider's address. I do allow location on Google Maps but I don't know where I would enable it in Firefox. I will look up "what is a DN server". I appreciate your taking the time to try to explain this to me. Best Regards, Gwyn
