Firefox creates duplicate Dock icons and has audio playback issues on macOS Tahoe
I'm using the latest version of Firefox on macOS Tahoe. Over the past 2–3 days, Firefox has started behaving unexpectedly.
Issues:
Firefox automatically creates additional Dock icons while I'm only using a single Firefox window. Even if I remove the extra icon, it reappears after some time.
When I open a different Firefox profile, it launches under a new Dock icon instead of using the existing Firefox icon. As a result, I end up with three separate Firefox Dock icons simultaneously.
Firefox also fails to play pronunciation audio on some dictionary websites (e.g., JapanDict). Clicking the speaker icon produces only a brief click with no spoken audio. The same pronunciation works correctly in Safari, suggesting a Firefox-specific issue.
Expected behavior:
Firefox should use a single Dock icon (unless intentionally running separate app instances).
Different profiles should not create unexpected duplicate Dock icons.
Pronunciation audio should play normally, as it does in Safari.

This is a macOS setting that keeps recent app launches in that section of the dock. Every Firefox profile launches as a separate instance, so the system "recent" apps (which is this middle section you're pointing at) are also sorted as if every profile is a instance on its own. So if you don't want to see any recent apps in this dock section, you can disable that in Mac settings.
(Not sure if there's a pref to "hide" profile instances from the system to not expose the separate runs, and only ever show a representation of a default profile.)
You might want to look around bugzilla for any relevant threads and history of decisions if there's anything to follow or tracked from feedback.

I don't think that's the case because I didn't happened with me in my previous time this is occur with me for a couple of days. And even I don't open multiple account or profile it still automatically pop-up. And even it pop-up automatically even when I didn't open a new profile and I have only one firefox icon in my dock

(I still believe the image posted earlier shows explicit separate profile processes running next to each other, but let's wait for the other fixes planned.)
