Hello,

Here are some ways to troubleshoot it : 1. Clear cache and cookies

2. Disable extensions If there are any extensions that block certain elements of websites, try disabling them.

3. Force refresh Use the shortcuts Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R to bypass cache and force a refresh.

4. Make sure that your firewalls or blockers aren't interfering.

Also, make sure that your browser is updated.
