I want to transfer three FOLDERS from Firefox to Chrome. All the single bookmarks are transfered, but the FOLDERS do not.

I want to transfer three FOLDERS from Firefox bookmarks to Chrome, then to Edge.

All the single bookmarks are transferred, but the Folders do not transfer.

These three folders contain hundreds of E-Bay searches.

I am trying to move these three folders to E-Bay as E-Bay seems broken for several days.

Sometimes the first folder will open all searches, but if you click on an item, receive access violation.

A real chore to break out the individual searches, transfer to Edge, then rebuilt the folders.....

Appreciate any advice!!!

Hi

You can try the HTML Export method.

  • In Firefox, open the Library > Import and Backup > Export Bookmarks to HTML... and save the file to your desktop.
  • Open Chrome, go to chrome://bookmarks/.
  • Click the three dots (top right) > Import Bookmarks.
  • Select Choose File and pick the HTML file from your desktop.
  • Your folders will likely appear in a new folder called "Imported." You can then drag them to your Bookmarks Bar.
