You had me confused by the second line. You doi not need to touch the profile manager to add multiple email accounts to Thunderbird, as long as you do not mind having thewm all listed in the folder pane one after the other. I have no idea how this SPECTUM alias thing really works. But as far as Thunderbird is concerned with Spectrum your user name is the email address and it's associated password. The spectrum id is I guess something else.
