When I go to my Washington Post page it crashes. This is new. It works if I use Safari and also if I go to it via a post from the paper
When I go to my Washington Post it has started to crash. I can get to it with Safari or when I receive an update of articles from the post.

Hi! Can you please describe "crash"? Please be more specific. Are the images glitchy or did the whole tab stop responding?
The entire page disappears and it a blank screen.
Alright. I'll see if I can reproduce this. In the meantime, can you try clearing your cache and cookies? If that doesn't work, try going to the affected website while using safe mode.

I can clear my cache but do not know what you mean by safe mode. I also found that if I do read an article with Firefox the comments do not appear either.
Hi there. Apologies for the late reply. I've been trying to reproduce this but I cannot. Can you try trying in the url directly? Does it show any error messages?
I will try it that way. I also noticed when I am in an article that came through my email, I also cannot bring up the comments.
Just used the URL and the same thing happened.
