When I search using Firefox I keep getting a google pop-up which requires me to agree to google's terms and if I refuse I cannot proceed with my search. If i try to open a new search the google pop-up returns but with out the request to agree to google terms. Firefox is my default search engine. How can I stop this very annoying google pop-up?

Are you using the Google search engine/web site? It's up to them to let you use their system.
