I do not have their confirmation email from 9/17 when I paid the bill by debit card. Once you have paid VideoDownloadHelper their fee they are all but unavailable! All I need to do is to verify my payment with a screenshot of the transaction on my bank site but I can't seem to find any means to contact them.

There are several programs using that name. Have you contacted their support?

We can't offer much help with other programs.

If you know about when you made the payment, your bank may be able to get you a statement.

You are talking about a 'fee' and 'paying a bill' - extension developers are not supposed to send you a bill, there is no fee to be paid. All they can do is ask for a voluntary donation. I hope that's what you are talking about ..... (?)
