If you disable Hardware Acceleration, does the crash go away? Turning off hardware acceleration

sorry i didnt mention that yes i have try it ( off ) and it didnt fix my problem and try to many things else i dont remember them all im IT engineer and i try to debug the error but unsuccessful

btw @tyler i try the same on new fresh browser without all these data i past it up only firefox and imacros and ive had the same problem and here is the other browser im using with new windows and new firefox and only imacros addone in Virtual Machine i made it for testing

Literally all of your crash reports points to something relating to your graphics card.

Please be sure you've disabled hardware acceleration

Firefox has hardware acceleration set to "on" by default, but it's still young, which means some video cards or drivers might have problems with it. You can try to disable hardware acceleration to see if that alleviates your problems.

You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

Then perform these steps for Firefox version 29.0 and above:

• Click the menu button and select {menu Options} for Windows or {menu Preferences} on Mac or Linux. For Firefox 28.0 and previous versions, click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
• In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, then select "General".
• In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
• Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

Can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if Firefox works properly with no error? You can start Firefox in Safe Mode below:

• Windows/Mac: Go to Help > Restart with add-ons disabled
• Linux: Run firefox -safe-mode in the Terminal/Konsole

If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.

u didnt understand me ! i have posted to information for browsers first one is mine personal and the other one is clean i made it only for testing this problem

now the problem happen after runing a macros in imacros on gaming site and it happen after a while 10 to 20 min so firefox start okay and work okay for a little time and if i start firefox in safe mode how i will test to see if the problem is fixed !!!
