since updating to FF13 I cannot proceed to the ''next page '' on certain web sites
cannot move to next page on certain web sites since updating to FF13.00......ticketmaster... when after completing security phrase page the next page will not appear... done the exact same on my laptop which has a older version of FF and was able to navigate through the whole transaction process....

What web pages is this occurring on? Have you tried to reset Firefox? Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
A few other basic trouble shooting things you can try is this: Run all Windows Updates, install all needed service packs, etc.

Download and Install MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, run a full Scan. http://www.malwarebytes.org/. This helps check that there are no viruses on your computer causing issues. You can uninstall this program after you clean off any infections.
