tools/options doesnt work
Hi, I have recently changed internet providers, and have had trouble with firefox. I has un-installed then re-installed version 6.02, this was working well before, but now I cannot use the Tools/Options at all. I go into it to alter settings, and am not able to tick any boxes, none are ticked, and when I click on any at all the writing has a dotted line around it, but will not tick. Please help as I am not even sure how secure it is now...thanks in advance

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Fantastic, thanks so much, at last it works, as it should again...and for info it was the theme classic compact 4.0.9.3. causing the problem. Keep up the good work :-) j
