Why can I no longer access my google mail (my username and password are no longer recognised)? It works happily in IE but I wanted to continue to use firefox
It initially worked in firefox and then suddenly failed even though the page said I was already signed in to googlemail. I select gmail from google page put in my usernam and password one of which is not recognised and sometimes I also get asked to type in the random letters but nothing works

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
