I am trying to figure out how to spell check in another language. Specifically European Portuguese. Is this a browser issue or can it be resolved within the system of my laptop? Thanks

First you need to install the dictionary, available from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3155/

The dictionary will then be available for you, for more details see using the spell checker.
