Firefox Notes do not sync across computers

Folks, Not sure if this extension is deprecated (last update was 6 years ago (Sep 17, 2020) 🤦🏽‍♂️) but I wanted to know if this official extension is supposed to have sync support. Notepad is a simple little tool that is very valuable for its "basicness" (like stickies on mac, or note pads on windows). While the extension works locally, it seems not to be included in the suite of sync options currently offered under settings. At the moment, any notes taken on various computers using the same profile do not sync. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/notes-by-firefox/ Thx all!
