Hello,

To fix this, first isolate your bookmarks to first, prevent the computers from overriding the bookmarks by disconnecting them from sync.

Next, check if there is a hidden profile by searching about:profiles, and look for profiles that are being unused. If you see an older profile, launch the older one, and set as default profile.

If not, you can try restoring from Firefox's automatic backups. First, press Ctrl + Shift + 0, then click Import and backup, then go to the restore and find a date where the backup has not been wiped.

After that, go to about:support in the firefox address bar, then scroll down to the places database section, and click "verify integrity" if it finds unrepairable errors, move out the places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite to a seperate external folder. (backup). After this, Firefox will try to create a new backup and rebuild your bookmarks.

Lastly, since there is at least one computer with bookmarks after this, Re-enable Sync. make sure to export a permanent backup file (for safety). Once this starts to work, log onto the other computers one by one.
